If you see a red message in your chat message field, you have been banned from the chat temporarily. This is a temporary ban that will automatically expire in seven (7) days. Once the ban expires, you will be able to chat without restrictions once again.

The seven-day chat ban is to prevent our chatrooms from being flooded with Alliance Ad spam. We want to ensure all players use the proper channels for posting messages. If a chat room is flooded with Alliance ads (even the Alliance Recruitment) it disrupts the natural flow of chat and disturbs your fellow players.

We ask all of our players to be mindful of others while in each of the chatrooms.

Once the chat ban has been lifted, further violations of our Player Code of Conduct can lead to longer and even permanent bans from chat. Please refer to our FAQ about the different Chat Violations.
