Edit (Tue 26 Mar): We have now forced the version 20 for all players and this issue should be now resolved!

There is currently a known issue in version 20 with the new Featured Alliance Messages not showing up/disappearing. This issue should resolve itself once we have fully rolled out the update for all players.
