Scammers may try to send links that look like they lead to the Small Giant Games support or other webpages that look like they are run by Small Giant Games, in order to gain access to a players’ login details or accounts.
To protect your account, please be careful to never share your personal information (e.g. Google Play/Apple ID log-ins, passwords, identification documents or credit card details) with anyone, no matter how much they insist!
If you get a suspicious message or are unsure if a request is genuine, please contact Support via the in-game support button to verify if it is genuine. - Where yourgame account was created (not your Game Center/Google Play account)
- Devices used to play the game
- Information about purchases, including Apple or Google receipts (no receipts from bank please)
- Name changes in the game

Please note that your game account can be accessed from other devices if you’ve shared your Google Play or Game Center login with password. Giving out personally-identifying information will lead to misuse of your account.
