Why can’t I purchase from Russia or Belarus?
We made a careful decision to turn off payments in Russia and Belarus to Zynga’s games during the current conflict in Ukraine. We do not have an expected timeframe of when we will turn these back on.

We are joining the many voices around the world calling for peace and we stand firmly with the people of Ukraine. As part of this, we made a careful decision to turn off installations, payments, and marketing efforts in Russia and Belarus for Zynga’s games. What's going to happen to my account?
Affected game accounts may become temporarily inaccessible as our technical changes go into effect, but they will not be deleted. We do not currently have a timeframe for when affected players will be able to access the game again.

Can I get refunds?
Please be aware that the in-app purchases you have made in the game are non-refundable.
In accordance with our Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US):
“All sales are final: You acknowledge that Zynga is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary, or whether you made a payment through zyngagames.com or another platform such as Apple, Google, Facebook, or any other sites or platforms where we offer our services.”

But I have an active VIP Pass/Valor Pass!
We understand that missing out on Daily or Path of Valor Rewards is frustrating, but in-app purchases you have made in the game are non-refundable. We are not able to refund partially used Passes, nor can we compensate for any items not collected due to not being able to access the game.

What happens if I ask for refund for valid purchases?
Please do note that should you seek to have your valid purchases refunded by Apple or Google, Small Giant Games reserves the right to revoke access to any content related to these purchases. Revoking access to said content means that we may remove Gems or items from your account even if the result is a negative Gem count. Should you need further assistance regarding your purchases, you should contact Apple or Google directly.
