If you cannot update after the game redirects you to the App Store (update is unavailable), please follow these steps and you should be able to update:
  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Tap the blue head/profile icon that is on the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Swipe down to refresh the list. All updates will be shown in the Available Updates or Upcoming Automatic Updates section
  4. Tap Update; the app will then begin to update (please see example from Empires & Puzzles below)


    5. If the game does not appear on the updates list after refreshing the page, please restart App store:
    • Swipe up to show the apps that are currently open
    • Swipe left or right with your finger to scroll through the apps that are currently open
    • Swipe your finger upwards to close the app
    6. Reopen App Store and go to the game page (please see example from Empires & Puzzles below)
