Players who were missing the Challenge Event Rewards should see a pop-up with their ranking and rewards. If not, please establish a fresh connection to the game, also try checking your Recent Activity Log.

We are working to ensure that all affected players receive the correct Challenge Event Ranking rewards as soon as possible. [EDIT Oct 12, 14:00 UTC] We are aware that some players still have not received their Challenge Event rewards. As we have tried to implement a fix while rolling out a new update, it has proven more complicated than we expected. Rest assured, we expect all players effected will have their proper Event rewards applied in-game tomorrow. Our apologies for the delay and thank you for your continued patience!

There was a known issue which caused the Challenge Event Score for the Fables of Grim Forest Challenge Event to disappear for players who had updated to V32. While this issue has been resolved, we are still investigating some issues with the Challenge Event Rewards related to this.
