EDIT (18 July): We have received a response from Google. There was a known issue with purchases not being delivered. Google will contact affected players within the next few days for refunds.
We have received reports from players not receiving their purchases on Android devices. The following error message is displayed: "Purchase failed due to an unexpected error, please try again later".
