UPDATE: We have now released an update (build 947) which should resolve this issue on all affected devices.

You may need to refresh your Play Store to see the update.

Please note - You may experience slightly longer connection times when starting the game. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences this may cause.

If you have changed your APN settings, you can now revert to the default APN profile, if you would like.

Please contact us through a support ticket if you are still experiencing this issue after updating the game.

We are aware some U.S. players have been unable to connect to the game via their mobile data. If you are having difficulties connecting to the game via mobile data, please try switching the APN (Access Point Name) settings on your device from the default APN Protocol to iPv4/IPv6
Here’s how:
  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Tap Connections.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap Access Point Names.
  5. Tap the current APN.
  6. Find APN Protocol and tap it.
  7. Select iPv4/IPv6.
  8. Restart the phone and check for the problem.
You can find more information on how to change your APN here.

APN settings are specific to each data carrier, so be sure to use the correct one.

If you are a T-mobile customer please search their support page for "Network, APN and VoLTE" to find device-specific instructions.

If you need further assistance on changing the APN, please check your device manufacturer's website for further device-specific instructions.
