EDIT: 13 August, 2020, 12:15 (UTC): All purchases and lost gameplay have been restored. We are still actively working on recovering accounts that may have been lost.
EDIT: 13 August, 2020, 06:45 (UTC): We are currently working on identifying purchases that were done around the downtime. Our second priority is to recover accounts lost. To recover any lost gameplay takes time and we ask for your patience while we work through these issues.

EDIT: 12 August, 2020, 15:25 (UTC): There was a serious game database error at 10:36 (UTC) and we worked non-stop to try to get everything back up and running again. After we were able to recover the database, we couldn’t be 100% sure that the state is fully consistent. We made the decision to restore a previous state of the game from a backup dated 10:33 (UTC).
The recovery completed at 15:16 (UTC) and the game was recovered after 4 hours 40 minutes downtime. Anything the players did between 10:33 and 15:16 (UTC) was lost.
Tomorrow morning (UTC+3) we will start to look into recovering the purchases that were lost during the downtime. This will take time, so please bear with us. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We will continue to update this Announcement with any further information or instructions related to the issue.
