Empires & Puzzles is an online multiplayer game in which all players are subject to the same rules. We cannot reverse any specific player's in-game actions upon request, as that would be tantamount to providing an unfair advantage to only that player. This means that accidentally sacrificed Heroes and Troops unfortunately cannot be recovered.

Fortunately, we have an in-game "lock" feature designed to prevent such accidents from happening — with it, you can protect all of your favorite Heroes and Troops from unwanted sacrifices. Please make sure to take full advantage of this feature.

You can "lock" (or "favorite") a Hero by:

1. Opening the [Heroes] menu
2. Selecting the Hero you want to protect
3. Tapping the lock-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen

You can "lock" (or "favorite") a Troop by:

1. Opening the [Inventory] menu

2. Selecting the Troop you want to protect

3. Tapping the lock-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen

You can also "lock" (or "favorite") a Troop by:

1. Opening the Barracks (the "Troops" building)

2. Finding the Troop you want to protect

3. Tapping the [?] icon on the top-right corner of that Troop

4. Tapping the lock-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen
