This month's balance update is all about buffs — we're doling out some significant improvements to a number of beloved old-timers. Some relatively recent Heroes that feature interesting mechanics are also receiving a touch-up, as we would like to see them strategically spice up battles a bit more often.
Without further ado, let's get into the details:

Legends 2017, 2018, 2019 Families
OLD: +5% attack / +5% defense / +10% health / +5% mana generation
NEW: +21% attack / +21% defense / +38% health / +5% mana generation
Hansel
OLD: +3% attack / +3% defense / +6% health / +1% mana generation
NEW: +5% attack / +5% defense / +10% health / +5% mana generation
Now matches other Epic Challenge Festival Heroes' Costume Bonus values (previously, only Hansel had a lower Costume Bonus)

Direct heal increased
Base heal: 18% → 23%
Max heal: 42% → 47%
Bai Yeong
Direct damage increased: 320% → 370%

Please note: Due to a technical error, the change to Costume Norns’s direct damage value was included in the Version 60 update, and thus accidentally went live on its own before the September 2023 balance update. As such, Costume Norns’s direct damage will not actually change when this balance update goes live (because it already has the correct % value). We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
