We are aware that in-app purchases are not working correctly for some players on Android. The transaction will show as charged, but the in-game content will not be applied, and the purchase will fail.
Usually, when a purchase fails in this manner, it might still show as a payment authorisation hold (cover charge) and not an actual transaction. Any failed transactions are automatically refunded within three banking days.
This issue is currently being investigated, and we hope to resolve it soon. We will update this post when there is further information to share. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!
