First, check if the bug is a known issue. Our in-game support center can be accessed by opening the app then tapping "Menu" (bottom right) → "Options" → "SUPPORT" → "SUPPORT". You can browse the list of frequently asked questions to see if any entries apply.

If none are relevant to the issue you have encountered, please reach us by tapping the button in the top right corner (Android: speech bubble icon, iOS: "Contact Us").

When filing a report, kindly share as much information as possible — especially the time, date, and time zone of when the issue occurred — so that we can locate said events quicker in our logs. Any screenshots or additional descriptions would also be helpful. Thank you!
