It is not possible for us to transfer leadership. Please note that the Co-leaders and Elders of an alliance can already perform most of the tasks in an Alliance. However, only the alliance leaders are able to assign these roles if there are no previous co-leaders in the alliance.

As there is no way to demote an Alliance Leader, you might want to consider creating a new alliance and invite the active players to join it.
