UPDATE 2023-02-14, 08:45 UTC: We have now started to compensate players for the higher rarity battle items that were used in Monster Island before the Event was disabled.  Investigations continue to determine the cause of this bug, however, we hope to implement a fix and rerun the Event in the near future. UPDATE 2023-02-12, 09:30 UTC: Unfortunately, we were unable to stop the rewarding taking place despite the Event being cancelled. We will continue to look into the issues tomorrow and will update more information here accordingly.

UPDATE 2023-02-11, 14:00 UTC: We have decided to cancel the Monster Island event due to the ongoing issue with scoring. It would be unfair to all players to allow the rewards for the Event to be delivered as it is not a fair representation of the effort Players have put into it. We hope to fix the issue and rerun the Event in a free time slot in the near future. Possible compensation for e.g. the used battle items, will hopefully be conducted early next week due to it requiring substantial log checking. Again, we thank you for your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

2023-02-11, 10:30 UTC: We are aware of an issue that is affecting the scoring in the current Monster Island Event. This is currently being investigated. We will post any updates to the issue here.
