[EDIT 8 December 2020 at 7:25 (UTC+0)]: After a thorough investigation, we were able to find one more batch of players who were not included in the original two groups from yesterday. We have now applied the missing Atlantis Coins to the accounts of all affected players.

Our sincere apologies for the issue, and thank you for your continued patience!

As a reminder, the coin amounts have been calculated based on how many times the player completed a given level by playing or using a loot ticket, and the appearance rates of the Unique Enemies. Please note that the amount of Atlantis Coins received in your Inbox does not include the Atlantis Coins that may have already been received by playing the Atlantis Rises event. If you feel you have not received the correct amount of coins, please check your Recent Activity Log to see if you have already received some coins during the event.

[EDIT 8 December 2020 at 7:25 (UTC+0)]: We are currently investigating possible issues in the donation process, to make sure that all affected players get their missing Atlantis Coins. We thank you for your patience. Our sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused by this.

[EDIT 7 December 2020 at 18:43 (UTC+0)]: We have now finished the donations and all players affected by this issue should have now received their Atlantis Coins. Thank you for your patience!

[EDIT 7 December 2020 at 15:59 (UTC+0)]: Please note that we are sending the missing coins in two batches. The first batch was sent to the players who used loot tickets before the Unique Enemies were disabled. The second batch is being sent to the players who used loot tickets or played the levels normally after the Unique Enemies were disabled. Please note that a single player may be in both groups.

The coin amounts have been calculated based on how many times the player completed a given level by playing or using a loot ticket.

We expect the remaining donations to take up to 6 hours. Please wait until all the donations have been completed. If you still think there is a clear discrepancy in the total number of coins you received, please contact Player Support.

[EDIT 7 December 2020 at 14:45 (UTC+0)]: We have now started to donate the missing Atlantis Coins to the affected players based on their activity during the Event. It may take a few hours to show up in their Inbox. Thank you for your patience!

We have been able to identify an issue with the Atlantis Rises Event that is causing Atlantis Coins to drop inconsistently while using multiple Loot Tickets at once. Due to this, we have made the decision to disable the Unique Enemies for the current Atlantis Rises Event. The decision was not easy, but we want to ensure a fair playing field for everybody. Please do note that the rest of the loot is unaffected by this bug.

Rare Unique Enemies (aka Orichalcum Sea Dragons) are randomly generated during the Atlantis Rises Event. When using Loot Tickets, the loot you receive and the enemies you encounter are intended to be the same as playing the levels manually.

This issue we are seeing now is related to the Loot Ticket issue last month.  Currently, using the Loot Tickets on Season 2 stages, the enemies are generated only once, no matter how many Loot Tickets you use at the same time.

We know how much you anticipate Atlantis Rises and understand the effect this issue has on you. We are working on a fix that will be introduced in the next update (Version 34). This update will be released before the next Atlantis Rises event. We sincerely apologize for the issue!

After the event has ended, we will investigate what we can do for the players who were affected by this issue and the players who continued to play the Atlantis Rises event levels after the Unique Enemies were disabled.
