We are aware a fun in-game chat is vital for creating a very close Empires & Puzzles Community. Sometimes that can mean arguing with friends over lost Raids, bemoaning a particularly difficult Titan, or even a bit of trash talk between Alliances. That's fine, but be mindful of your fellow players. Empires & Puzzles is a Global game and has players of all ages. We ask all players to keep this in mind when they are using Global Chat.

 

When engaging in any kind of in-game communication, we kindly ask that you be respectful of others. This also applies to the language used in your Player name, Alliance name, and description. Offensive or obscene language might be okay between friends, but in Global Chat, it can offend others.

If you witness another player being abusive towards yourself or others, please let us know by using the report button inside the chat. Reports are reviewed by our Staff, who will take all appropriate action.

 

Consequences of misconduct: Abusive or toxic behaviour can lead to a temporary and even permanent chat ban. In serious cases, your game account may be suspended. Making false reports can lead to the same.
